A: Creative Power is both a manufacturer and a trading company. Our factory is located in Zhongshan, and our office is in Dongguan.

A: We usually provide a quote within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry (except on weekends and holidays). If you need the price urgently, please email us or contact us through other means so we can prioritize your request.

A: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable, and the cost of the sample can be deducted from the confirmed order.

A: There is no limitation. We accept trial orders, test orders, sample orders, and mixed orders.

A: Sure, we can create OEM and ODM items for you as long as you provide your idea or pictures. We have completed many OEM projects.

A: For samples or small quantities, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, with a delivery time of around 3-5 days. Airline and sea shipping are also options.

A: We will send you a sample for approval, along with detailed inspection pictures to verify our quality.

A: It would be our great pleasure and honor to have you visit! We can arrange to meet you at the airport. It takes about 2 hours by car from SZ/GZ airport to our company. We sincerely welcome both domestic and international customers to visit our factory and see our products.
